Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Clutchline.in, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order or before the product has been dispatched by the vendor, whichever comes first.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@clutchline.in with your order details.

Refunds

We offer refunds only in case of manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.

  • The refund request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

After reviewing the evidence, if your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please make sure to check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
